The services or digital products of the company, created and owned by Sakshi Misra, are of a digital nature and hence do not involve any shipping or delivery process.

Upon purchasing a service, an e-contract is signed between both parties, and the services are delivered online within a dedicated timeline and resources. Digital products, such as courses, PDFs, and guides, are accessible online via Google Drive links and the course platform leadpages.com.

After your purchase has been approved, the company will process your request. Following the processing of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt and contains the information needed to access the company product via the course leadpages.com or an email with an attached contract to sign. Follow the provided instructions.

Customers should be aware that obtaining services, courses, or digital products through this website does not automatically confer expertise. Success depends on your input, hard work, and commitment.

REFUNDS

The services, coaching, and courses, provided by the company wherein the customer enrolls are not a product to be purchased, used, and then returned. After the services are provided, any support delivered or any access that's granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, the company shall not refund tuition fees for any reason. Since the services made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

That no user/customer shall practice any acts of a fraudulent nature. The company shall reserve its right to remove access to the course/course material, terminate the contract or revoke any support without any warning or refund to your purchase if you are found guilty of any of the fraudulent acts including, but not limited to:
(a) Copying the contents of the course
(b) Providing access to the course/course material to your friends/family
(c) Pirating the course content in a manner 
(d) Soliciting our customers and selling them unwanted products

(e) The client engages in bad-mouthing, uses negative publicity to gain attention, or attempts to defame the company.

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Instamojo, Razorpay, Paypal and Stripe. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.


The company reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.


If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is suspected by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion to cancel orders of such users.

We offer non tangible irrevocable services and do not issue refunds once the services are purchased. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service provided by our company.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services since the same has been prepared by an expert.
